Daniel Radcliffe is moving into the 'hood...again!  It looks like he's bought another NYC pad for another $4million beans!

And this new one apparently comes with a 500-bottle wine cellar - not sure if it's pre-stocked or not, but I'm guessing not.  Although he could probably fix that easily enough with a few thousand more and just have someone who's at least 21 fill it for him before he hops across the pond and starts shacking up in the city.  Here's more of a description:

...at the considerably less architecturally dignified Morton Square in the far West Village. Real estate scuttlebutt says that the teenage tycoon intends to live in the three-bedroom three and a half-bathroom condo while he struts his naked stuff on Broadway's upcoming Equus. With views over the Hudson River to New Jersey, a three-zone, in-wall sound system and a 500 bottle wine cellar he's too young to stock, the 18-year-old is all set to entertain all the theater groupies who will collect outside the stage door each night. 

I wonder if he'll keep the heat-shaped pillow on his bed when he moves in?  Maybe one of those "theatre groupies" will let us know...

Looks like dan needs a new decorator. That definitely isn't the swinging bachelor pad that it should be. Who knows though, maybe he likes a homey look.

You know what would be a riot is if he had a whole harry potter themed room with pictures, the linens, rugs, lamps, the works. He'd have to have pillows with his own face on them to complete the look.

If he did a Harry Potter-themed room, that would kind of freak me out a bit. Could you imagine him sleeping on a pillow that had his face on the pillow case?

Maybe he does like the homey look. He could be a home body. I wonder if he'll go out partying much in NYC or just go straight home after every performance like a good boy?

I can actually imagine that. It would be a riot.

I don't know though, I have a feeling that our little Daniel may have to invest in a fake id or two. It's hard to believe that he wouldn't try to go to at least one club or bar in nyc.
