I am a web person by trade, a writer by trade and hobby, a Harry Potter fan by insanity and a music lover by life.

My favorite color is purple. My favorite ice cream is chocolate mint. My favorite type of food is Italian or Mexican or French or American or Persian. I love "Ugly Betty," "The Daily Show," "The Colbert Report," "Real Time with Bill Maher," "The Office," "Eureka" and "Lost."
I've been an activist, journalist, poet, web designer, social media maven, dog walker/groomer, waitress, film editor, on-the-street reporter, television camera-human, band manager, record producer, TV hostess, filmmaker, photographer... in no particular order. And sometimes many things at once.
My favorite writers are Anne Rice, Harlan Ellison, of course J.K. Rowling and loads of others. My favorite poet is Charles Bukowski. My favorite band is U2, but I also love Coldplay, Radiohead, Arcade Fire, Alex Chilton, The Moody Blues, Yes, Pink Floyd, R.E.M., Vic Chesnutt, Kula Shaker, My Morning Jacket, Robyn Hitchcock, Five-Eight, and the list goes on...
